The Squat Bar, or squat axle HMS Premium GOL320 was made of special chrome-plated steel that has undergone a hardening process. The shaft is characterized by strength combined with perfect flexibility. The set includes two ZG1000 plastic caps. For a firm and comfortable grip on the shaft, the classic grip is provided with serrations on the surface. The maximum load is 320 kg.

The auxiliary grip is equipped with plastic handles with non-slip finish. The middle section of the Squat Bar is fitted with comfortable, foam rollers to help reduce the pressure exerted on the shoulders and neck. This makes training more comfortable.

The chrome plating process used on the shaft guarantees that its appearance is maintained over a long period of use and is also the best protection against corrosion. The GOL320 axle has 4 needle bearings (2 on each side) which allow the sleeves on the shaft to rotate smoothly and smoothly. Its design reduces stress on the ends of the rollers, resulting in longer bearing life. Despite their small cross-section, needle roller bearings have high stiffness and load capacity. Two plastic caps included in the package guarantee a stable load distribution on the shaft during training. The locks have rubber elements in the inner part to prevent the lock from sliding on the sleeves.
