The HMS ATLAS X3 Multipress is the ideal tool for anyone who wants to start or already has experience with strength training. The main characteristic of each multipress is the rails on which the weightlifting axis with hooks moves. These hooks fit into holes in the structure and this system has two functions:

- safety: if we load more weight on the axle than we can lift or choose a high number of repetitions and no longer push the axle to its original position, a small twist of the wrist will secure the axle against falling and prevent possible injury or damage to the discs.

- Practical: the multipress fully replaces the dumbbell stand, we can choose the ideal working height of the axle.

The multipress is most often used for squats with the axle on the back and for bench presses.

The construction of the HMS ATLAS X3 multipress is made of high quality steel, which allows a load capacity of up to 136 kilograms. The design is further complemented by a removable leg stop for seated squat training and removable handlebar supports. In addition, the package includes 4 plastic covers for loading and unloading spikes, so the X3 is compatible with both regular, cast iron discs and Olympic discs.
