HMS PWL8325 is a multifunctional trapeze with supports, bars, upper and lower pulleys and an adjustable bench. It allows you to comprehensively exercise all muscle groups of the upper body - chest, back muscles, triceps and abdominals.

Trapeze pull-ups and push-ups on the bar or "dips" are two exercises that very strongly develop two groups of agonistic and antagonistic muscles, i.e. the widest back muscles, biceps, pectoral muscles and triceps. The lower props allow you to perform deep push-ups. This allows the muscles to be stretched much more with each movement, leading to faster growth. With the PWL8325 it is also possible to train the abdominal muscles thanks to the inclined bench and the armrests placed on the bars. The bench can also be adjusted to a horizontal position, allowing you to perform exercises with dumbbells. The integrated large dumbbell holder allows you to train Bench press, also included is a 120 cm long axle with a diameter of 24 millimeters. The upper and lower pulleys are made up of two pairs of bungee cords, which can only be combined using carabiners and tensioned using the lugs on the main frame. All the components make this HMS product a truly multifunctional device.
