Slam ball HMS PSB10, PSB13, PSB18, PSB20 and PSB22 are non-rebounding medicine balls designed for strength and conditioning training. They are made of durable rubber filled with sand, which makes them extremely resistant to impact when bounced on the ground. They are used to develop explosive power, dynamics and engage the deep stabilization system. Due to their design, they can also be used as a replacement for a traditional medicine ball or overball and can be safely placed on the ground or leaned against a wall.
