The HMS DC31 Pilates bar set includes a set of expanders, a door stop and 2 pairs of straps, allowing you to perform a wide range of exercises. It can replace resistance bands and thera band elastics to some extent. The HMS DC31 model will find its application in any training and rehabilitation. The strengthening bar is used for training of upper and lower muscle parts. Training with DC31 increases mobility and improves coordination.
As an example, here is an exercise where you stand on the bar and pull the expanders towards your body. Alternatively, put the handles of the expanders on your feet and pull the bar.
