The HMS SK60 Crossfit Jump Rope is equipped with a steel cable coated with bungee cord. The head is fitted with a ball bearing and thanks to the smooth rotation prevents the rope from tangling. The aluminium handles are coated with a layer of PVC, which guarantees a comfortable grip. The rope is held in the handle by a spring system and can be slowly slid out of the handle and shortened to the desired length.
