HMS Premium LS3061 adjustable bench with biceps support and overhead kick.
The backrest is adjustable to 7 positions and the seat to 3 positions, in the horizontal position most exercises with dumbbells, overhead kicks and trips can be performed on the bench if the backrest and seat are set to a negative angle, then we get an inclined bench for abdominal strengthening, for this purpose it is also possible to fix the frame of the front kick in 3 angles, the backrest in a positive angle serves as a bench under a large dumbbell or as a bench for biceps strengthening.
The prayer bar is adjustable in height to 4 positions with a 4 cm drop, or it can be extended completely.
The rests are made of thick board with a high layer of foam for maximum comfort during your workout. The padding in made of synthetic leather with a carbon look, is sweat resistant and also prevents "slipping" during training.
The foam rollers are made of EVA for great comfort and durability.
The weight mandrel is 18 centimeters long and has a diameter of 25 millimeters, allowing the use of regular and Olympic discs (weights not included).
The stabilisers are fitted with screw-in feet to level the bench even on uneven floors. If the surface is flat, the feet are in the air and the bench rests on the stabilizers themselves. For easy moving of the bench, one stabilizer is equipped with transport wheels.
