The HMS Premium KTO30 weight vest is the ideal tool for training with your own weight. The vest, when put on and fastened, fits close to the body and thus can evenly increase the load when training most exercises from deadlifts to push-ups to running.

The vest is made from Codura, a highly durable and comfortable, polyamide fabric that is tear resistant and also water repellent. There are 30 pockets on the vest and each pocket houses a rubberized, steel brick weighing 1 kilogram (+- 20 grams). Each row of pockets has a Velcro overlay to prevent the weights from falling out. The weight of the KTO30 itself can therefore be very easily and precisely adjusted from 1 to 30 kilograms.
