The HMS Premium TX08 Gymnastics Rings are ideal for training with your own weight, especially for the upper half of the body. Exercising with the circles requires strength, coordination and a lot of practice - instability requires more strength than, for example, exercising on a machine, thus exercising your muscles and coordination more effectively.

The circles themselves are made of selected wood, which guarantees durability and long life. Also included are straps finished with a box. The seams are sewn using the highest quality thread. For easy adjustment of the same height of both circles, the straps are equipped with a numerical scale.
