HMS Product description HMS Strengthening bar for Pilates DC30
The HMS DC30 barbell is connected to rubber expanders, allowing you to perform a wide range of exercises. To some extent, it can replace resistance bands and thera band rubber bands. The HMS DC30 model will find its application in any training and rehabilitation. The strengthening bar is used for training of upper and lower muscle parts. Training with DC30 increases mobility and improves coordination.
As an example, we give an exercise where you stand on the bar and pull the expadneurs towards your body. Alternatively, put the handles of the expanders on the foot and pull the bar.
