HMS HHW12 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight.
The function of the HMS HHW12 is very simple. The construction consists of 28 equal parts that fold into each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which then form a circle with an inner diameter of 15 centimeters, if you connect all 28 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 40 centimeters. Model HHW12 is suitable for waist circumferences from 46 to 125 centimetres. The individual pieces enclose a rail into which an anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with six ball bearing castors. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor by means of a length-adjustable string. The string can be adjusted to a length of 22 to 38 centimetres, and by changing the length of the string, the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is adjusted - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is loose enough but at the same time does not fall over the hips. Once the length has been adjusted, the hoop is locked in place using a fastener fitted with levers to operate the lock. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and we start the training. The HHW12 hoop is equipped on the inside with spring-loaded massage caps that dampen the vibrations from the moving anchor while pleasantly massaging the waist area. The intensity of the workout is influenced by the length of the string and the speed at which we twist our hips.
Regular use of the HMS HHW12 can slim the abdomen and waist, while twisting the hips reduces fatty tissue in the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
The individual parts of the hoop are made of high quality PVC, the weights are coated with rubber and filled with sand.
