The HMS OPX02 is an ankle strap with which you can exercise the muscles of the lower limbs. Wrap the strap around the ankle and secure with Velcro. Connect the steel eyelets with a carabiner, for example, to a weight tower rope, expander or pilates bar and you can start working out. There are 2 pieces of OPX02 in the package.
