PU12 HMS is a multifunctional, foldable board that allows variable push-up training. The board is symmetrically divided into 2 halves. The PU12 contains 8 pairs of holes to accommodate the supplied supports. Each pair of holes allows for training at a different angle, where a different muscle group is exercised:

• when placing the supports in the green holes, you will exercise the triceps during push-ups
• by placing the supports in the yellow holes, you will exercise your back during the push-ups
• by placing the supports in the red holes, you will exercise your shoulders and pectoral muscles during the push-ups
• by placing the supports in the blue holes you will exercise your pectoral muscles during the push-ups
